Information reaching indicates that an aircraft fuel tank fell at Adenta, a suburb of Accra, during a routine training regiment Tuesday morning.

It is not clear what might have caused the tank to fall but the head of Public Affairs of the Ghana Armed Forces, Col. Atintande told XYZ News no casualties have been recorded in the incident.

He said the craft is a six wing aircraft which was undertaking its normal training routine but has since flown back to its base as the Airforce identifies the fallen tank.
